Terms & Conditions

Exhibitors are responsible for insuring their products at the Expo.

Terms: A signed contract is a firm commitment. My signature certifies that I agree to the terms and conditions of this contract. I am authorized, on behalf of the company I represent, to release Keystone Business Expo LLC and its officers, agents, and employees from any liability for bodily injury or property damage—including personal injury and medical payments—that may occur while the represented company and its employees are occupying any part of the event premises. This includes, but is not limited to, incidents resulting from natural or man-made disasters such as fire, theft, or flooding. The liabilities and incidents listed here are not exhaustive; any incident that occurs will be considered included in this agreement, releasing Keystone Business Expo LLC from responsibility.

Keystone Business Expo LLC advises all participating companies to carry a commercial liability insurance policy with adequate coverage. All taxes are the responsibility of the vendor.

Open Registration Begins: December 1, 2025
New vendor spaces offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
Any payment submitted will be returned if no booths are available.

Final Deadline for All Vendors & Sponsors: February 7, 2026

• Setup is available from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Friday, March 27th, and from 6:00 to 8:00 a.m. on Saturday.
• Booths must be fully set up by 8:00 a.m. Saturday and cannot be taken down until 4:00 p.m. on Saturday.
• Tables and chairs must be supplied by the vendor.

Booth Pricing

You must provide your own extension cord.

Sponsorship includes: Your logo on all advertising, choice booth location, and a small sign for your booth.
